Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Restoration Project Manager to oversee and manage restoration construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a solid understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with industry standards. This role requires effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members while utilizing various construction management software tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of restoration projects, including planning, execution, and closing.
- Develop project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Review schematics and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Utilize internal systems and software for document management and collaboration among team members.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare project estimates and manage change orders as necessary.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and other stakeholders regarding project status, timelines, and any potential challenges.
- Implement best practices in project coordination to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate and collaborate with insurance company representatives to ensure smooth claims process for clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management within the restoration or construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and practices.
- Familiarity with schematics, contracts, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- A background in construction site management is highly desirable.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
