Summary
The National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBBI) is seeking an exceptional, self-motivated, and versatile Data Entry Associate 1 to work on-site in Columbus, Ohio. This person will be responsible for data entry functions in the Data Reports department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enters data from manufacturers' data reports
- Calculates dimensions of documented items for determining billing class
- Performs the indexing process which includes review of scanned image, marking pages relative to individual data report packages and saving to appropriate manufacturers’ files
- Reviews weekly edit lists for keying accuracy
- Performs the weekly closing steps for the billing process and generates the invoices
- Performs research related to billing inquiries and communication with manufacturer
- Performs data entry related to the processing of completed Verification letters
- Other duties may be assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
EXPERIENCE
- Two (2) years data entry experience

Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
