We are looking for an organized, customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our travel advisors and help deliver exceptional service from the first conversation through the client's return home.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients as they arrive at the office.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.
- Research and assist with airfare pricing and flight options.
- Support travel advisors with day-to-day sales-related tasks.
- Prepare travel documents and client information.
- Maintain organized client files and booking records.
- Assist with marketing projects, promotions, and office initiatives.
- Help ensure a smooth and positive client experience throughout the booking process.
- Stay current on travel products, destinations, and industry updates through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Previous customer service, sales support, hospitality, or travel industry experience is preferred but not required.
