Job Description
Position: Life Insurance Sales Associate
We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy helping people and are interested in building a rewarding career in sales. As a Life Insurance Sales Associate, you'll educate clients on life insurance options, conduct virtual or in-person appointments, and guide families toward the coverage that best fits their needs.
No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and licensing assistance for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective clients virtually or in person
- Educate families on life insurance options
- Complete needs analyses and recommend appropriate coverage
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients
- Maintain accurate client records
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to obtain a life insurance license (if not already licensed)
- Reliable internet and computer for remote work

$80,000–$200,000+ per year
