PHYSICAL THERAPIST
(WELLNESS AND TRAINING)
PART-TIME (20-25 hrs/wk)
Wellness is becoming more relevant in the continuum of care for everyone, and is a vital tool for our clients with chronic neurological and orthopedic conditions, mobility limitations, and balance dysfunction. Life in Motion Gym is a wellness center run by physical therapists providing gym memberships, group classes, and one on one training sessions. Our goal is to supplement physical therapy and to bridge the gap to community exercise. Though we do not offer traditional physical therapy services, we offer exercise that is based upon our physical therapy expertise. We created this wellness model to counter the increasingly limited insurance coverage for patient care as well as the high burn out rate for PT’s in the clinic. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our expanding Life in Motion Gym team!
