Practice Overview

Purely outpatient pediatrics with a mix of well-child and acute care visits; no inpatient responsibilities

Work alongside pediatric physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health specialists, and strong clinical support staff

Opportunity to perform procedures such as circumcisions, suturing, abscess I&Ds, and develop niche clinical interests due to local specialty demand
Schedule

Four-day workweek (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday), 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Typical patient volume of 18-22 patients per day, with seasonal increases during peak illness periods

Shared outpatient call with nurse triage handling first-line calls; physician involvement is infrequent

No inpatient call, hospital rounding, or newborn nursery responsibilities

Guaranteed base salary + performance incentives
- Partnership track available after two years with a low buy-in; established partners earn $500,000+ annually

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

Open to both experienced pediatricians and graduating residents

Comfortable performing common office-based pediatric procedures or willing to expand procedural skills
