American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN with Cerner proficiency and the ability to circulate and perform C-sections for a 13-week travel assignment in New Mexico.

Hospital Operating Room setting
-
Average of 6–8 OR cases per day, with a 1:1 patient-to-provider ratio
-
Case mix is approximately 96% GI Endoscopy and EGD, with additional Ortho, General Surgery, Podiatry, and OB/GYN cases
-
Day shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)

Call required every 3rd day and every 3rd weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

EMR: Cerner (experience required)

Active NM or Compact RN license required

Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS

Must be able to circulate in the OR

Must be able to assist with C-sections

Cerner EMR experience required

Two professional references required for consideration

Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Ability to stay late when patient care needs require it is expected
