Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Oregon Occupational Therapist license
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Ability to work effectively with students across K-12 grade levels
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students according to IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ functional participation
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Support students in building independence, fine motor skills, and adaptive strategies for learning
