MOVINGHTX LLC is a veteran-owned moving company serving the Houston area. We specialize in residential moving and high-end white glove furniture delivery. We are looking for experienced professionals who take pride in their work, provide outstanding customer service, and are committed to protecting our customers’ homes and belongings.
Responsibilities
● Safely load, unload, transport, and deliver household goods and high-end furniture.
● Perform white glove furniture deliveries inside customers’ homes.
● Professionally assemble furniture according to manufacturer specifications.
● Wrap, pad, protect, and secure furniture to prevent damage.
● Build secure furniture tiers and properly stack and load trucks to maximize space while preventing shifting during transport.
● Protect floors, walls, doorways, and customers’ property during every move.
● Work efficiently with a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
● Deliver exceptional customer service on every job.
Minimum Qualifications
● Professional moving experience is REQUIRED and must be verifiable.
● White glove furniture delivery experience is REQUIRED.
● Furniture assembly experience is REQUIRED.
● Professional furniture wrapping and padding experience is REQUIRED.
● Experience building furniture tiers and properly stacking/loading moving trucks is REQUIRED.
● Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying 150+ pounds with a teammate, including up and down stairs.
● Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
● Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
● Reliable transportation to and from work.
● Must pass a criminal background check.
● Must maintain a clean, professional appearance and grooming standards.
● Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
● Must possess exceptional customer service and communication skills.
● Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
● Must be authorized to work in the United States.
