We're seeking solo drivers who are willing to team, and who will be spending their home time in one of these areas: Houston TX, Jackson MS, Birmingham AL, and Montgomery AL.
We’re looking for professional drivers who understand the demands and rewards of expedited freight. Expedited team driving is different from traditional trucking. Teams often stay on the road for extended periods and must be comfortable living and working closely together while running time-sensitive freight across the country.
Freight is no-touch and there's no forced dispatch. Pay is a percentage of line haul plus bonuses, paid weekly via direct deposit. Successful candidates will bring a professional attitude and a commitment to safety and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Navigate route driving plans accurately, adhering to schedules and delivery deadlines
- Manage delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route updates or issues
- Maintain a clean and professional vehicle appearance and report any mechanical concerns promptly
- Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies during operations
Experience
- Delivery driver experience involving load & unload procedures is highly desirable
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and route planning skills
Pay: $1.00 - $2,000.00 per week
