As a Territory Canvassing Manager, you will oversee recruitment, field operations, territory planning, and team performance while helping grow and strengthen our canvassing efforts.

Interview, hire, train, manage, and motivate a team of canvassers

Develop and oversee assigned territories and neighborhood coverage plans

Plan daily field schedules and optimize team routes

Develop and execute effective canvassing strategies

Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching

Monitor KPIs and drive productivity and appointment goals

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize results

Build a positive, motivated, and results-driven team culture

Proven experience as a Canvassing Manager and Canvassing Supervisor or similar leadership role

Experience in the Home Improvement Industry required
