Position Overview
We are looking to hire skilled carpenters, with a focus on bringing in a Carpenter who can help us continue growing our deck-building division.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and is ready to take ownership of projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Solid carpentry experience (deck building preferred)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable, efficient, and team-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license (clean record preferred)
What You’ll Do
- Build decks and outdoor structures
- Follow plans and maintain high-quality craftsmanship
- Work on-site daily (typically meet at the job site)
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Communicate daily progress with photos/updates
