We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to support our skilled nursing facility by ensuring residents receive high-quality nutritional care tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess residents’ nutritional status and develop individualized care plans
Monitor and evaluate dietary interventions and adjust as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, therapy, and medical staff
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including survey readiness
Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff
Oversee menu planning to ensure balanced, appealing, and therapeutic diets
Participate in care plan meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required
Current state licensure (if applicable)
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition, therapeutic diets, and regulatory standards
Excellent communication and organizational skills
