British Swim School Nashville South is hiring part-time Swim Instructors to join our professional, energetic team. This role is perfect for college students, recent graduates, and young professionals (18–30) looking for flexible hours, paid training, and meaningful work that builds leadership and communication skills.
No prior swim teaching experience is required — we provide paid, professional training. This is not a seasonal position, and we are happy to work around school and life schedules.

What You’ll Do
- Teach swim lessons to children using British Swim School’s proven curriculum
- Maintain a fun, safe, and structured learning environment
- Communicate clearly with parents and team members

Schedule & Availability
Typical Days:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Saturday and/or Sunday
Typical Hours:
- Weekdays: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
- Weekends: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
