Position Summary
Medical Sales College is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytically minded Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience executing digital marketing initiatives who is ready to take greater ownership of campaigns, projects, and day-to-day marketing operations.The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with marketing leadership, internal departments, campus teams, and agency partners to coordinate projects and execute initiatives across email, content, social media, websites, paid media, and other digital channels.The ideal candidate is an excellent writer and highly organized project coordinator who understands how marketing channels work together throughout the prospective student journey. This person should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple deadlines, learning new platforms, and using data to evaluate marketing performance.Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing projects from initial request through completion, ensuring assignments, deliverables, approvals, and deadlines remain on track.
- Maintain the marketing project-management system and follow up with internal teams, campus representatives, agency partners, and vendors on outstanding tasks.
- Organize project details, creative assets, campaign documentation, timelines, action items, and status updates.
- Identify potential delays or obstacles and communicate them to marketing leadership before they affect project timelines.
- Build, test, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns and automated communications within HubSpot.
- Create and segment contact lists based on lifecycle stage, behavior, interests, campus, program, and campaign criteria.
- Build, update, test, and publish mobile-friendly, on-brand landing pages and forms in HubSpot and content management platforms.
- Assist with creating HubSpot dashboards and recurring reports that monitor lead generation, conversion rates, campaign engagement, and other key performance indicators.
- Support content development by creating campaign messaging, content briefs, editorial calendars, blogs, emails, social media content, videos, testimonials, and infographics.
- Understand how different forms of content support awareness, consideration, lead generation, enrollment, and alumni engagement.
- Support campaign tracking through properly configured URLs, UTM parameters, forms, and calls to action.
- Apply foundational SEO principles when publishing website and blog content.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, printers, agencies, and vendors to deliver approved materials on time.
- Maintain organized libraries of brand assets, templates, photography, videos, campaign files, and marketing resources.
- Help manage multiple campaigns and shifting priorities in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- One to three years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital campaign execution.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform.
- Experience building email campaigns, segmenting contact lists, and reviewing campaign performance.
- Experience creating or updating landing pages, forms, and digital campaign assets.
- Strong copywriting, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of organic and paid social media marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and fundamental digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, and Calendar.
- Experience using a project-management platform such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or a comparable tool.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Resourcefulness and comfort researching solutions as digital platforms, algorithms, and interfaces evolve.
- Creativity, adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
Experience with Shopify or another website content-management platform is a plus.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
