POSITION: Aesthetic Injector

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a licensed and experienced RN, NP, or PA to join our growing team. You will be responsible for administering injectable treatments such as neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers to deliver exceptional, natural-looking results. This role requires advanced technical skills, a passion for aesthetics, and a commitment to patient education, safety, and supporting the office’s marketing and sales initiatives. The Aesthetic Injector works collaboratively with the entire clinic team to ensure that all patients are seen as patients of the spa, fostering a cohesive and team-centered approach to care.

HOURS
- Schedule may include a mix of days, evenings, and up to every other Saturday
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must currently hold an active RN, NP, or PA license in the state of Colorado. Out-of-state or pending licenses are not accepted
- 1+ years of experience with cosmetic injectables, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers (required).
- Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques.
- Aesthetic eye for creating natural and balanced results.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and build trust with patients.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively within a clinical environment.
- Understanding of sales KPIs and marketing principles, with a commitment to supporting the clinic’s growth goals.
- Commitment to staying updated on the latest products, techniques, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to HIPAA and compliance standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Services
- Perform injectable treatments such as neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers with precision and safety.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations, assessing patients’ goals and concerns to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all injectable products, treatment protocols, and contraindications.
- Ensure patient safety by adhering to clinical standards and best practices.
- Accurately document all treatments and patient progress in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
Patient Experience
- Deliver exceptional, personalized patient experiences with a focus on achieving natural, confidence-boosting results.
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care.
- Actively listen to patient concerns and address them with professionalism and empathy.
- Work collaboratively with the entire clinic team to ensure that patients feel they belong to the spa as a whole, ensuring a seamless and cohesive experience regardless of the provider.
- Promote patient trust and loyalty by building long-term relationships and delivering consistent results.
Team Collaboration
- Partner with the clinical and administrative teams to create a seamless and cohesive patient experience.
- Support clinic-wide goals, including patient satisfaction, retention, and revenue targets.
- Share expertise and collaborate with team members to enhance overall patient care and clinic performance.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other collaborative efforts to foster a positive clinic culture.
Sales
- Maintain a thorough understanding of individual and clinic-wide sales numbers and KPIs.
- Educate patients on additional treatments, products, and services that complement their goals.
- Drive patient results by recommending medical-grade skincare.
- Support the clinic’s growth and patient retention by maintaining a high rebook rate and fostering patient referrals.
- Contribute to sales goals by providing comprehensive treatment plans and recommending appropriate services and products.
Marketing
- Take before and after photos with patient consent to document results and build the clinic’s portfolio.
- Contribute to the clinic’s social media efforts by providing high-quality content (e.g., photos, videos) in alignment with current marketing initiatives and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, campaigns, and the clinic’s brand image.
- Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to clinic standards and protect patient privacy.
Professional Development & Compliance
- Stay current on advancements in injectables, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Attend ongoing training and certifications as required by the clinic.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations, safety protocols, and clinic policies.
- Maintain treatment areas and equipment in clean, safe, and working condition.

Cosmetic Injector-Specific KPI:
- Patient Retention & Rebook Rate: Fostering long-term relationships and ensuring patients return for maintenance and follow-up treatments.
- Sales Goals: Achieving sales goals by providing comprehensive treatment plans and recommending appropriate services and products.
- Retail Sales: Meeting individual product sales goals to enhance patient outcomes and drive clinic growth.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 32.0 per week
