Home Health agency looking for an RN to join our team in a per-diem format to do home visits for our patients. The purpose of the home visits will be mainly for start of care documentation (SOC), IV, Wound Care, Injections, Discharge documentation, Etc.
Our patients are mainly in San Diego County: El Cajon, La Mesa, University City, East County, etc.
