Position Description:
The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the VP of SalesMarketing and will primarily support the Sales Ordering Process. This role involves close collaboration with the Director, managing the dispensary education process, and overseeing on-site events. The Market Coordinator will also support various sales and marketing efforts, including coordinating with our 10 Dispensary Partners throughout Louisiana. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with strong attention to detail, and have a customer-focused mindset. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop relationships with key personnel at each dispensary.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in price lists, product literature and promotions

Manage in-store marketing displays and in-store digital marketing with Marketing Manager

Collect patient data, testimonies and surveys from end consumer

Weekly reporting on consumer feedback, in-store trends and market demands

Oversee logistics for dispensary on-site activities and lead these events in coordination with IHH and dispensary teams.

Work with internal teams and select vendors to update sales presentations, marketing collateral, and social media content.

Assist with dispensary education and training.

Actively support the planning and execution of community events across the state.

Monitor competitors by gathering marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques

Contribute to team goals by taking on additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business preferred.

Clean driving record and personal vehicle for travel required

Previous experience in a client-facing sales position is strongly preferred.

Proven ability to quickly build and develop relationships with key decision-makers.

Results-driven with a strong track record in client relationship management.

Extremely organized with excellent follow-up skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations.

Comfortable with extensive travel across the state.

Proficiency in Excel.

Must be at least 21 years of age and comply with company regulations.
