Position Summary
Under the general direction of AVP of HR, the HR Support Specialist is responsible supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR team. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that keeps processes running smoothly and supports both employees and leadership behind the scenes.
This role is ideal for someone who is motivated to grow in Human Resources and understands that strong execution, organization, and follow-through are the foundation for long-term success.
Working on site at Parc Center for Disabilities’ campus, you’ll find a dedicated team, unified in building an engaged, people-centered work environment.
Essential Responsibilities

Coordinate employee events and engagement

Manage office supply ordering

Create badges and maintain records
-
Process onboarding paperwork
-
Track compliance
-
Assist with audits
-
Provide administrative HR support
-
Other appropriate responsibilities as determined by management.
Requirements:
Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1-year administrative experience required.
- Valid Florida Drivers’ License with acceptable driving record.

Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.

Must have strong attention to detail

Must be comfortable working with repetitive, process-driven tasks

Must be reliable and organized

Have a learning attitude and natural curiosity for how things work

Be able to lift up to 50 pounds if needed.

Able to use independent judgment, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ability to work with confidential materials

Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication and employee interaction skills

Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, and other electronic tools
Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Hours may vary depending on special events.

This is an on-site role.
