Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify industry trends and evaluate property values
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers effectively to secure favorable terms for clients
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels
- Manage real estate administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Stay informed on real estate law, industry trends, and local market conditions to advise clients accurately
- Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and clear communication
Experience
- Proven experience practicing real estate or in a related sales role with a focus on property transactions
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Familiarity with sales technology tools used in real estate for lead management and marketing automation
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs
- Excellent organizational skills coupled with administrative experience in property management or real estate operations
- Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and industry best practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage real estate teams or coordinate multiple client accounts effectively

Pay: $87,311.76 - $105,149.64 per year
