Nicol Transport LLC is a locally owned vehicle transportation company based in Southeast Michigan. We specialize in transporting vehicles safely and professionally using a modern Isuzu rollback truck. Position Overview
We're hiring a Local Rollback Truck Driver to transport vehicles throughout Michigan and the surrounding region. This position averages 3–6 vehicle deliveries or pickups per day, and you'll be home every night.
You'll operate a 2021 Isuzu NRR rollback automatic single-vehicle hauler, transporting dealer trades, auction vehicles, fleet vehicles, and customer vehicles while representing Nicol Transport with professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 2021 Isuzu NRR rollback truck
- Load, transport, and unload vehicles safely using rollback equipment
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Secure vehicles properly using industry-approved tie-down procedures
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch
- Represent Nicol Transport with integrity and professionalism at every stop
- Follow all DOT, state, and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- Commercial driving experience preferred
- Experience operating rollback or flatbed equipment is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
- CDL not required
- Must possess (or be willing to obtain) a Michigan Chauffeur License
- Valid DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one)
- Clean driving record with no moving violations within the last two years
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to safely load and secure vehicles
