Managing Partner
The Partner is responsible for the daily oversight of several valet locations with a hyper-focus on employee development, engagement, and guest satisfaction. This position delivers company, client, and customer expectations by ensuring the facilities are operating in accordance with company policy and client expectations. This person is also responsible for recruiting, scheduling, and managing the performance of the hourly workforce assigned to each location. Manager would also help direct reports, prospect and review possible growth opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

***Active Roll*** We believe in Leading by Example, our Managers are in the field greeting guests, working alongside their teams.

Maintains proper staffing levels at all times to ensure customer service and operating standards are met through scheduling and managing on-call employees. Assisting with hiring, orientating and onboarding.

Directly oversees all day to day activities associated with opening, managing, and closing of accounts.

Assures deposits and reports daily revenue using our dedicated platform.

Ensures the facility is operating in accordance with company policy including revenue control, equipment maintenance, proper and accurate signage.

Ensures the safety and security of the operations for guests and employees by reviewing claim prevention checklists and conducting periodic safety audits as directed by the company’s Safety Manual.

Responsible for resolving those customer concerns that are escalated to his/her attention.

May be asked to fill in for front line associates during their absences.

Meet and maintain client relationships.

Other special projects as directed by the Owners.

Outgoing, Personable, and Courteous Personality, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Train and oversee to help Claim Prevention.

Compensation:
$60K+ bonuses and incentives
