Beach Manufacturing Company is seeking a 2nd shift laser tech position responsible for operating and maintaining 2 Mazak OptiPlex lasers in a production setting. Beach operates a 6 and 10K laser with automation. Position is responsible for first piece layout, etc. This position entails scheduling laser hours based on a production schedule of steel and aluminum requirements. An understanding of programming, cut conditions and G&M codes are vital. This position also schedules and ensures proper preventative maintenance. The position reports to the plant manager. Laser experience is a must for applicants. The compensation is based on experience.
