Front Desk Coordinator (Korean Speaking Preferred)
As the first point of contact for our patients, the Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional, and exceptional patient experience. We are seeking a polished, friendly, and dependable individual who takes pride in their appearance, communicates confidently, and represents the practice with professionalism and warmth.
Because you will be the first person our patients see and interact with, candidates should maintain a neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance while providing outstanding customer service in a concierge-style private medical practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow. As our practice expands, there will be opportunities to cross-train as a Medical Assistant and assist in the procedure room during ultrasound- and fluoroscopy-guided pain procedures. We are looking for a flexible team player who is excited to grow with the practice and take on new responsibilities over time.
Korean and English bilingual applicants are preferred but not required.
