East West Staffing, Inc. (EWS) is currently seeking a Parts Specialist in Acton, MA. The Parts Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the availability, accuracy, and timely delivery of machine tool parts to support customers, service teams, and internal operations.
Requirements of the Parts Specialist
- Identify, source, and procure machine tool parts based on customer and internal needs.
- Process orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve shortages.

Responsibilities of the Parts Specialist
- High school diploma required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in parts management, inventory control, or technical sales within the machine tool or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of machine tool components, parts schematics, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in ERP and inventory management systems.
Pay: $26.00-$33.00 per hour
