Pay: $25 - $30 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, with after-hours and weekend availability as needed

Responsibilities of the recruiter:
- Recruit and screen candidates for manufacturing roles (CNC, welding, press brake, etc.)
- Conduct interviews and ensure candidates meet client requirements
- Manage staffing software and candidate databases
- Use job boards and social media to attract talent
- Build relationships with industry professionals and clients
- Ensure compliance with hiring requirements
- Monitor and support temporary employee performance
Qualifications of the recruiter:
- 3 to 5 years of experience recruiting for manufacturing roles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of tasks
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Flexible availability, including some after-hours and weekends
- Previous recruiting or staffing experience required
