Working at Country Pup Kennel means you'll spend your days helping dogs play, learn, exercise, and feel safe. It also means cleaning, staying organized, paying attention to details, and working as part of a team that puts the dogs first.
We're looking for dependable people who understand that outstanding animal care requires both compassion and hard work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervising dog playgroups and encouraging safe, positive interactions
- Monitoring dog body language and behavior
- Feeding meals and administering medications as directed
- Cleaning and sanitizing kennels, yards, and common areas
- Providing enrichment, exercise, and individual attention
- Assisting with boarding & daycare drop-offs and pick-ups
- Communicating professionally with clients
- Working alongside a team dedicated to exceptional care
- Cleaning up Poop, Pee, and Puke

What to Expect
This is a physically active position.
You'll be walking, bending, lifting, cleaning, and spending time outdoors in all types of weather. Some days you'll be covered in dog hair. Other days you'll be muddy or wet. Every day you'll help provide a safe, fun, and enriching experience for the dogs in our care.
Qualifications
- Must be 20 years of age or older
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience working with dogs or in animal care is preferred but not required
Schedule Requirements
Country Pup Kennel is open 365 days a year, so applicants must be available to work:
- Day shifts
- Afternoon/evening shifts
- Weekends
- Holidays
Our busiest seasons are holidays and summer, so reliability during those times is essential.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
