Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system, such as Aloha POS, ensuring accuracy
- Serve food and drinks to guests promptly and efficiently
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist with food preparation or other tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
