Pay Rate: $38.00 an hour
SUMMARY: Maintain all plumbing fixtures, equipment, water supply lines, sanitary lines and gas lines. Plan and perform new plumbing for remodel, expansions, renovations and all plumbing Preventive Maintenance Systems. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform preventative maintenance of all plumbing fixture
- Perform plumbing duties and inspections
- Repair sinks, stools, faucets, drains, traps, sumps and filter systems
- Plan and develop recommendations for renovations and expansions
- Ensure adherence to Minnesota state codes
- Estimate costs for projects and expansions
- Responsible for inventory control and purchasing of plumbing equipment and supplies
KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge and Certification
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- State of Minnesota Journeyman’s license
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Preferred:
- Any certificates or license pertaining to this role such as Master Plumber
Skills
Required:
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong mechanical aptitude
Abilities
Required:
- Ability to work independently
