We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our fast-paced and growing team. Ideal candidate must have experience with excavator and fine grade dozer and enjoy working in a flexible, small-team environment.

Job Type: Full-Time, hourly
Location: Lindale, TX
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be able to finish on a dozer
- Minimum 5 years experience working in residential or commercial excavation
- Minimum 5 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs
- GPS experience is a plus but not a requirement
- Have proposed grading experience
- Ability to read and write in English
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness and ability to work in outdoor environments and stay on feet for extended periods
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
Responsibilities:
- Study plans and specifications of each project
- Follow the assigned schedule from site Foreman
- Complete on site work including clearing, excavation, grading, and other earthwork
- Complete general labor work as necessary
- Ensure that all work on site is done safely and according to plans and specs
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Complete daily safety inspections on equipment
- Other related tasks as assigned
