JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Completes all work assignments and follows all instructions directed by Food and Beverage Manager.
- Perform deep cleaning of kitchen equipment, floors, walls, vents, and hard-to-reach areas.
- Sweep, mop, sanitize floors in kitchen, bar areas, restaurant, and patio areas.
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment, including floor machine (e.g., auto scrubbers or buffers
- Clean behind and beneath appliances and workstations.
- Maintain cleanliness of baseboards, doors, and walls throughout F&B spaces.
- Assist with waste removal.
- Notify management of any safety hazards or equipment issues
- Follow all safety protocols, chemical handling procedures, and health regulations.
- Support F&B teams with additional cleaning needs, as necessary.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
Internal candidates must meet the eligibility requirements as provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy.
Ability to work a variety of shifts, this includes day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled.
Must be able to obtain required work cards, and non-gaming registration as required by the local jurisdiction.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must pass all required background checks.
