Duties
- Oversee daily property operations — maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations.
- Supervise maintenance teams handling HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and industrial equipment.
- Manage preventative maintenance programs and track work orders using a CMMS.
- Supervise contractors and vendors working on PLCs, schematics, and high/low voltage systems.
- Inspect facilities and diagnose electrical or mechanical issues using tools like ohmmeters and multimeters.
- Ensure compliance with electrical, high-voltage, and industrial maintenance safety standards.
- Lead facility upgrades and renovations, on time and within budget.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, schematics, and safety inspections.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in facilities or property maintenance, with supervisory oversight across multiple sites.
- Ability to assess property and equipment problems, then dispatch the right team to fix them.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical circuits (high/low voltage), and schematics — enough to evaluate issues and oversee the work.
- Familiarity with PLCs and industrial automation systems.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and safety protocols.
- Knowledge of permits and code compliance — keeping all permits current, documented, and up to standard.
- Strong leadership: supervise teams, delegate work orders, and keep things moving.
- Clear communication in English for reporting, coordination, and follow-up.
- Project management skills to run multiple initiatives in an industrial setting.
Pay: $35,000.00 per year
