POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our Reconditioning & Auto Glass Center is currently looking to fill a Customer Service Rep position - WEST ASHLEY
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting in filing of auto insurance claims for glass repairs
Ordering appropriate parts needed
Scheduling clients in for repairs
Moving vehicles around the campus when needed before, or after repairs
Assisting in shuttling to sister stores
Team environment
Other duties to include assistance with the recondition and auto glass center daily task
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Auto Glass claim handling experience a plus
- Dealership experience a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to understand and use written, electronic, and verbal communications. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication, organization, and customer relationship skills. Must have a clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
