POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our Reconditioning & Auto Glass Center is currently looking to fill a Customer Service Rep position - WEST ASHLEY
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting in filing of auto insurance claims for glass repairs
- Ordering appropriate parts needed
- Scheduling clients in for repairs
- Moving vehicles around the campus when needed before, or after repairs
- Assisting in shuttling to sister stores
- Team environment
- Other duties to include assistance with the recondition and auto glass center daily task
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Auto Glass claim handling experience a plus
- Dealership experience a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to understand and use written, electronic, and verbal communications. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication, organization, and customer relationship skills. Must have a clean driving record.
