- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients with diverse medical conditions and disabilities.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, hospital policies, and state regulations.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current Oregon Occupational Therapist License or eligibility to obtain prior to hire.
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- Specialized occupational therapy training may be required depending on departmental needs.
- Minimum 1-2 years of occupational therapy experience preferred.
