Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Housekeeping Inspector to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across our property. As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, inspect guest rooms and public areas, and uphold our reputation for exceptional hospitality service.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas using industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment
- Conduct detailed inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
- Manage floor care tasks including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces
- Coordinate with housekeeping management to prioritize tasks and address special cleaning requests or issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces to uphold a high standard of hospitality
- Utilize janitorial and industrial cleaning supplies effectively while adhering to safety protocols
- Assist in training new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and inspection standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or hotel cleaning roles with a strong understanding of hospitality standards
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and maintenance of various flooring types
- Prior experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial practices to ensure efficient operations
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough inspections and identify areas needing improvement
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
