Our pediatric therapy center is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated SLP and/or SLPA therapist to join our collaborative team in a center based provider model offering Speech, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy services for children. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about helping children achieve their fullest potential while providing exceptional care and support to families.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other therapists and conduct comprehensive speech therapy services.
- Provide evidence-based speech therapy intervention for children with developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, autism spectrum disorder, fine motor delays, self-regulation difficulties, and other developmental conditions.
- Develop and/or implement functional goals to support participation in daily activities, school readiness, play, self-care, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, physicians, educators, and caregivers to provide coordinated, family-centered care.
- Help support families and coach families regarding treatment strategies, home programs, and recommendations to support carryover of skills.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in accordance with company policies and professional standards.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment that reflects the organization's mission and values.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology and/or hold a SLPA license from an accredited program.
- Current license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing differences, developmental delays, and neurological conditions is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, family-centered care.
- Current CPR certification preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
