Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rodbuster/Fierrero to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing and securing rebar and steel reinforcement in concrete structures, ensuring the stability and durability of our projects. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of various construction projects, from commercial buildings to infrastructure developments. Duties
- Construct formwork and framework for concrete pouring, ensuring proper alignment and stability before concrete placement.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely for tasks such as concrete pumping or heavy lifting related to reinforcement installation.
- Follow all construction safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
- Assist in concrete finishing tasks like surface smoothing, caulking, or applying stucco as needed for project completion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working on construction projects with a focus on rebar installation or related fields such as masonry or carpentry.
- Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and best practices for heavy equipment operation.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Valid driver's license and social security card
- Must pass background check and drug test
