Position Overview & Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled, patient-oriented Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. This role is primarily focused on back-office patient care, clinical support, and smooth daily practice flow.
- Clinical & Patient Care: Assist Dr. Tran during a variety of dental procedures, maintain accurate clinical notes, and deliver exceptional bedside care to ensure maximum patient comfort.
- Technology & Flow: Utilize modern dental technology and digital workflows to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
- Sterilization & Back Office Operations: Oversee instrument sterilization, treatment room setup and breakdown, infection control, and back-office inventory management.
- Patient Hospitality: Act as a warm, welcoming presence for our patients throughout their treatment experience.
- Administrative Support: Assist with clinical scheduling, chart prep, and back-office coordination as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of Dental Assisting / RDA experience preferred.
- Licensure: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Dental Assistant (DA) certification with X-ray / Coronal Polish license preferred.
- Skills: Direct clinical assisting experience and familiarity with back-office inventory control.
