Polished & Curled Salon is seeking an experienced, dependable Licensed Cosmetologist who is skilled in both hair and nail services to work in a beautiful, brand-new luxury senior living community.
This is an excellent opportunity to build a loyal clientele from the ground up in a growing community with tremendous long-term potential.
Position Details
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Five days per week
- Hours to be discussed
- 50/50 commission
- 20% gratuity is automatically added to every service and paid to you
- Beautiful, fully equipped salon located inside an upscale senior living community
Hair Services
Applicants should be experienced in:
- Women’s and men’s haircuts
- Shampooing and styling
- Blowouts
- Roller sets
- Hair coloring, highlights, and gray coverage
- Basic chemical services
Nail Services
Applicants must be experienced in:
- Manicures
- Pedicures
- Gel polish
- Acrylic nails
- Dipping powder
- Nail care for seniors
Qualifications
- Active Florida Cosmetology License
- Experience working with seniors is required
- Friendly, patient, and compassionate personality
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to work independently and build lasting relationships with residents
