Responsibilities
- Actively promote products at high tourist outdoor locations, events, and promotional campaigns to attract customer attention and generate interest.
- Conduct engaging interactions to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Collect valuable data during interactions to support marketing insights and campaign effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with customers through personalized service, addressing questions, and handling questions/ objections confidently.
- Execute in-person customer service with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience that encourages brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to execute event marketing strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in promo, food service or retail environments is desirable But not required.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and gain feedback.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse customer groups.
- Excellent public speaking, communication, and presentation skills to confidently engage audiences during demos or events.
- Knowledge of retail store product details and branding principles to effectively promote products.
- Ability to handle people professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
