About the Opportunity
A new rooftop bar experience is opening on top of the stylish Cambria Hotel Boston Downtown-South Boston in the heart of South Boston. We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and passionate Line Cooks to join our opening kitchen team and help deliver a high quality dining experience.
This exciting rooftop destination will offer elevated food and cocktails in a fast paced, high energy atmosphere. We are building a team focused on consistency, teamwork, and hospitality.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Maintain quality, consistency, and speed during service
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Communicate effectively with kitchen and front of house teams
Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen closing duties
Maintain a positive and team oriented attitude in a fast paced environment
Qualifications
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a high volume environment
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Reliable, hardworking, and team focused mindset
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Passion for food and hospitality
Pay: $21.00 per hour
