Centre Hills Country Club is seeking a skilled, experienced, and dependable full-time Cook to join our kitchen team. We are looking for a culinary professional with strong grill and sauté experience who takes pride in preparing high-quality food in a member-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to club recipes and standards
- Operate grill and sauté stations efficiently during lunch, dinner, banquets, and special events
- Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality of all dishes
- Assist with food preparation, inventory, station setup
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Working collaboratively with the Executive Chef and kitchen staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience
- Strong grill and sauté station experience
- Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service periods
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays
