Lido Equities Management, Inc. is seeking a dedicated, proactive, and resident-focused On-Site Resident Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our apartment community located at 1532 Brockton Ave. in the highly desirable Sawtelle/West Los Angeles neighborhood.
Situated in one of the Westside’s most walkable and vibrant corridors, 1532 Brockton Ave – Lido Apartments offers residents convenient access to Sawtelle Japantown, UCLA, Santa Monica Beach, and the Metro E Line, along with desirable community amenities including gated private parking, a rooftop sundeck, and an on-site fitness center. The Resident Manager will play an important role in helping maintain a welcoming, well-organized, and professionally operated living environment that reflects the quality and atmosphere of the community.
The selected candidate must be willing and able to move on-site to the apartment community.
This role is ideal for someone who works from home or has a flexible schedule and enjoys being hands-on, proactive, organized, and community-oriented. This is a part-time position, and expected hours may vary depending on property needs and can range from several hours up to approximately 12 hours per week.
Success in this role depends on strong communication, follow-through, organization, responsiveness, and the ability to work collaboratively with residents, vendors, and management to help ensure the property operates smoothly and professionally.
General maintenance knowledge and non-skilled technical repair abilities are highly preferred, including the ability to identify and report common property maintenance issues in a timely manner.

LOCATION: 1532 Brockton Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90025 (requires residence on-site)
POSITION TYPE: Part-Time | Non-Exempt
COMPENSATION: Hourly rate of $17.87 + Discounted On-Site Rent (approximately 2/3 market value)
RENTAL DETAILS: 2 bed + 2 bath unit on hold for this position – approximately 884 sq ft.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for residents
- Handle resident questions, concerns, and general tenant relations professionally
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, including photo documentation
- Assist with enforcing community policies and lease terms
- Coordinate with vendors, including cleaners, landscapers, painters, and maintenance providers
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, vacant units, and property grounds
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the property
- Monitor and report maintenance concerns and property issues
- Provide notices and apartment access for repairs and inspections
- Assist with resident records, parking assignments, and property documentation
- Support communication between residents and management
