CityPickle is a dynamic and rapidly growing sport and lifestyle brand based in New York City. Our mission is to spread the joy of pickleball and put a paddle in the hand of every urban dweller. We specialize in operating both permanent, indoor pickleball clubs as well as high-profile, seasonal activations.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a genuine passion for pickleball

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships

Pickleball playing experience and a solid understanding of the rules preferred

Facilitate open plays, leagues, and tournaments in an organized, professional manner

Interact directly with players to create an inclusive, engaging, and fun event environment

Evaluate event structure and flow, providing constructive feedback to the events team to improve operations

Assist the Lead Pro with kids programming and camps, helping organize drills and games to keep sessions fun, energetic, and well-structured
