We are hiring Bilingual Chat Customer Service Agents to support a leading U.S.-based telecommunications program.
This is a chat-only position (no calls) where you will assist customers through written communication platforms.

Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing
- Ability to work onsite in Mayagüez
