WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Providing caregiving services to a group of residents in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care including exceptional ADL assistance.
- Help residents prepare for and escort them to meals, activities, social programs, and appointments (therapy, beauty shop, etc.).
- Observing residents and answering call bells in a timely manner to determine residents’ needs.
- Maintaining resident comfort and safety.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Valid Florida CNA License.
- Possess an interest and compassion for older adults.
- Patience and excellent communication skills.
- Time management skills to ensure all residents are provided the best level of care.
