MOBILE BDC REPRESENTATIVE: AUTOMOTIVE

We are currently looking for an experienced & skilled automotive BDC representative to join our team and bring an outstanding consumer experience to the table.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and online service requests
- Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments
- Communicate appointment details with customers and mobile technicians
- Follow up on missed appointments, declined services, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment updates
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working with phones, scheduling software, and texting platforms
- Automotive or BDC experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
