Position Summary
40 hours per week
Monday – Friday approx. 6:30 to 3:00pm

Responsibilities
· Liaison between PCP’s, Hospitalists and Hospital Departments
- Coordinating interdepartmental meetings
- Medical Director’s Calendar in Outlook/ Corp Calendar
- Provides administrative support to approximately physicians and NPs
- Assigning patient distribution to physicians and NPs in Epic
- Posting Calendar of Hospitalist Committee Meetings
- Answering Phones, Voice Mail & E-mail
- Scanning Billing to ShareFile
- Completion of accurate and timely Statistic Logs
- Inform Physicians of Incomplete Medical Records.
- Ordering Supplies – Maintaining functional Office Space
· Planning & Attending Monthly Staff Meeting –takes minutes
- Email “Weekly Updates” to staff & Physicians
- Coordinates Physician Orientations and tours
- Responsible for Physicians and NP schedule for their location. Works closely with NEIS Hr. administrator and Program Manager on schedules and day-to-day issues
- Special Projects as determined by Hr administrator and Program Manager
Qualifications
· High School diploma, secondary education preferred; exceptionally strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; ability to appropriately handle confidential information, flexibility and comfort in working with diverse populations.; customer service skills and written and verbal communication skills; High level of proficiency with MS Office and other software applications.
· Epic EMR experience is a plus
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
