Job Summary
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment they arrive. Your energetic and friendly approach will ensure guests feel valued and cared for throughout their stay. You will handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, manage guest inquiries, and coordinate with various hotel departments to provide seamless service. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process
- Manage guest check-outs with accuracy and efficiency, handling billing and payment transactions
- Answer all incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing information or transferring calls as needed
- Assist guests with inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and special requests to enhance their stay
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to support excellent guest services
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Familiarity with guest services, guest relations, and resort operations
- Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally in all interactions
- Experience in night audit procedures is a plus but not mandatory
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in high-pressure situations
