Responsible for assisting the head coach of the Football program.

Coaching, instructing, and performing other duties assigned by the coach and or Athletic Director necessary to the development of the individuals and the team.

Assists the head coach with planning and teaching student-athletes the rules, techniques, and equipment to become better football players.

Assists and directs individual and group practice activities as assigned by the head coach.

Monitoring student-athletes during practices and competitions.

Previous coaching experience is preferred.

Experience in football and football techniques is essential.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

The coach must have completed or completed a mandatory coaches certification class under the Virginia High School League.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

Minimal travel may be required to and/or from sporting events within neigboring localities.
